Ausline Beef has been the recipient of many awards in past years. From winning national Hoof and Hoof competitions to being successful in the 2012 Produce awards and a Silver Medal Winner at the Royal Sydney Show. The Ausline tag line is ‘Specifically Bred for Taste’ and we know you will be able to taste the difference. Smaller cattle have a finer grain and finer grained is the most tender.

Eumundi Beef – Pasture fed ……. as nature intended

Beef with natural taste and flavour, raised in the lush Sunshine Coast hinterland. We produce quality eating beef from our pure breed Ausline and Murray Grey herd. Our cattle are humanly raised and fed ONLY quality pasture grown using biodynamic & biological farming methods.

We sell from the farm direct to the public. Collection available from the farm gate with advanced notice or from our processing butcher.

Fairymount Fine Foods

Superior quality beef and seasonal lamb, goat and pork

Grown on the Darling Downs, our beef has that “old fashioned” flavour and tenderness that comes from naturally produced beef. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the consistency of our product. Fairymount beef comes from our prize winning Ausline cattle specially chosen for their beef quality. Direct contact with our customers over the last 2 years has helped in the refinement of our product. We listen to what our customers tell us and are proud to have received positive feedback on our product. Of course our top cuts are well received but our mince and sausages and our corned silverside also receive rave reviews. Our customers are converts to beef direct from our farm to their dinner table. We can meet individual requests and specialize in some of the less well known cuts of beef such as the tri tip of Rump. Our convenient packaging sizes of 2 steaks per cryovac pack will suit smaller households, while larger orders and sides of beef are also catered for. Available every Sunday from Toowoomba PCYC Markets 6.30am to 12.30pm Pre orders can be placed via phone or email and picked up at the Toowoomba PCYC markets. We will even deliver within the Toowoomba area on Sundays and further afield by arrangement. Why not try for yourself, but be warned you may become addicted to our beef. Lockyer Valley Beef

Vitulus Beef is produced in the beautiful, fertile Lockyer Valley from, specially selected, Ausline cattle. We are a gourmet producer that specializes in quality , tenderness and are in total control of our product from the paddock to your plate.

We have won a number of awards including finalist in the Delicious Produce Awards 2012, Grand Champion Carcass Royal Brisbane Show 2009, 2007 plus a number of other carcass awards.

Our Beef is sold directly to you via ordering on-line or through our retail outlet Schultes Meat Tavern at Plainlands, Qld. We cut and package to your specifications. Visit our website for more information.

As of this week Beefalicious Farm Fresh Gourmet Beef will be on the menu at Biota Dining  in Bowral. Biota is an internationally acclaimed two hatted restaurant with a local food focus.  Biota has an outstanding reputation and is very popular with foodies and many well known international and Australian celebrities as well as many other top chefs and food writers. This is a massive opportunity for the Beefalicious Brand and the Ausline breed as both brands will be published on the menus and all publicity. Farm Tours are also planned for food writers and chefs to understand the story of this unique product . In another coup Beefalicious has also been asked to supply Beef to Mount Ashby Estate in The Southern Highlands. Mount Ashby is a winery/restaurant with an outstanding reputation as well.  On the retail side their beef is now also available for sale through the Berrima General Store.
